Description

Cooked apples that are great mixed in muffin or pancake batter; or served with ice cream, whipped cream, or sprinkled with granola

Ingredients

6 Apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1⁄4cPure organic apple juice
2TPure honey or maple syrup
2tGround cinnamon
1⁄8tGround nutmeg

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a cooking pot. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it starts to simmer. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes until apples are tender.
