Description

uses Southwest Chipotle mix from Tupperware

Ingredients

6ctomato pulp
1 white onion, finely diced
2 peppers (red, yellow or green), finely diced
2cntomato paste (the small ones)
1cvinegar
1Tbrown sugar
1Tpickling salt
2tpaprika
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
2TSimple Indulgence Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend

Instructions

 Blanch, skin and chop fresh tomatoes.  A Tupperware Thatsa Bowl half full will yield about the right amount of tomato pulp.  If you have a whole Thatsa Bowl (32 cup bowl) of ripe toms, double the other ingredients.

Chop veggies and add all ingredients to a large stock pot.  Cook down about an hour until it is nice and thick.  Process pints in a boiling water bath for 20 minutes.  Yields 6 pints of zippy salsa.
