Ingredients
| 1⁄2 | c | butter |
| 1 | c | boiling water |
| 1⁄2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | c | flour |
| 4 | eggs | |
| 2 | cn | crab or shrimp (7 oz) |
| 2⁄3 | c | mayonnaise |
| 4 | t | curry powder |
| 4 | T | chopped green onion |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. In med saucepan, melt butter in boiling water. Turn heat to low, add flour and salt, stirring vigorously. Remove from heat and add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each egg. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake 20-25 min. Turn off oven. Pierce each puff to let steam out, and return to oven 10 min to dry out the inside. Remove from oven and let cool.
Mix the crab, mayo, curry pdr and onion. Cut puffs in half and fill. Yummiest when served warm.
