| 1 | tsp | lemon zest |
| 1⁄4 | c | lemon juice |
| 1⁄3 | c | fresh parsley |
| 1 | tsp | seasoning salt |
| 2 | tsp | chili powder |
| 2⁄3 | c | dry white wine |
| 2 | tbsp | frank's red hot sauce |
| 25 | black tiger shrimp | |
| 1⁄2 | c | cocktail sauce |
Instructions
Mix first 9 ingredients in bowl. Add shrimp and toss until coated. Cover and marinate at least 3 hours.
Put on skewers (that have been soaked in water).
Place on baking sheet or broiler pan. Broil 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot.
Notes
Leave the shrimp towards one end of the skewer so you can display them in a tall glass. Great centerpiece!
Serve with cocktail sauce (Club House Original is the best) and dry white wine. Yummy!
