This is a great Asian (Thai) Dish. It also makes a great fist course.

This tender chicken in a creamy sauce gets fast flavour from salad dressing mix.  Served over rice or pasta, it's rich, delicious and special enough for company.  Ok I copied this from the recipe book.  :)
